About Me
Hello, my name is Stevie Meyer. I am a senior at Windom Area High School and the owner of Flex Detailing, a car detailing business (507-720-2340). As a three-sport athlete, I primarily schedule detailing services on weekends. I am currently a participant in the CEO program, where I am learning valuable skills to grow and expand my small business.

Stevie Meyer's DISC Profile
You always prefer to be in control, which can make you reluctant to delegate sufficiently. The higher the stress, the less you are likely to hear and the more you are likely to act or command. You have no problem accepting the credit or taking the blame for results (e.g., "The buck stops here.") You tend to be very direct and forthright in communicating with others. You are adventuresome in trying new ideas and innovations. When under pressure, you can become more of a one-way communicator (from you to others).
You suffer from a fair amount of procrastination when it comes to tasks that require you to work with too many details all by yourself. You tend to not be very organized or attentive to details at all. You seek freedom of speech and the ability to express ideas and opinions openly. At times, your desire to express your opinion and interact with others may come across as self-promoting by the quieter people you know. You really like meeting new people and easily interact. No one is a stranger. You are very optimistic.
You serve to stabilize others on a team who are perhaps too maverick. You are consistent and predictable over the long haul, even in the midst of change. If insufficient structure and order exist, you will create it. You prefer setting minimum levels of consistency and stability or control. You can accept change, but you require a good argument for it first. When you need to, you can be flexible to change or new ideas.
"The 'right way' to do things is the way I'm doing them right now." You are more bottom-line oriented(e.g.,"Let's get the job done now"). Your opinions tend to be quite firm when it comes to breaking with convention to answer the needs of the situation. You tend to operate somewhat more independently from the established rules and procedures. You are probably perceived by others as a bit of a rule-bender. You view rules more as guidelines that may need to be bent or modified depending on the situation.
