Facilitator

The Cottonwood Jackson CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities) Program is looking for a half time position starting at the beginning of the 2023-24 school year. The Cottonwood Jackson CEO Program is a collaborative effort between Jackson County Central Schools, Mountain Lake Public and Christian Schools, and Windom Area Schools as well as many businesses in the two counties.  Ninety minutes of the day is spent with the students, and the balance of the time is used for arranging business visits, guest speakers, calling on business people, etc.  Our CEO candidate would be expected to establish and maintain relationships within the local business communities, prepare communications for a transparent program, and build the learning environment that allows students to succeed.  

We are looking for a facilitator who is has the following characteristics:  Dedicated to kids and is a great relationship builder, naturally curious, an excited learner, adaptable, a first-class communicator, able to interface with business investors/partners, and comfortable working in a technology rich environment.  To learn more:  Job Description Link

The potential candidate will need a minimum of a four-year degree and will need to be able to get a Minnesota teaching license.  Anticipated half time salary is $22,000-$27,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
